2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when engaging our services
• Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to breach, test, or exploit system vulnerabilities without permission
• Maintain appropriate backups of your code and data
• Review and approve all destructive actions suggested by Helix

3. Payments

• All services are billed as agreed in your selected plan
• Payments must be made on time to avoid service suspension
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy

4. Intellectual Property

• All code generated or modified by Helix in your connected repositories remains your property
• We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio with your consent
• You grant us a limited license to access and process your repositories solely to provide the services

5. AI & Security Disclaimer

While we implement safety measures, AI-generated output should always be reviewed by a human before deployment to production.

We are not liable for:

• Third-party provider breaches
• Force majeure events
• User negligence (e.g., weak passwords, credential sharing, approving destructive actions)
• Code deployed without adequate review

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments are not fulfilled
• Activities pose security risks
• Usage patterns indicate abuse of the platform

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
